Black Bean & Corn Salsa

1-15oz. | can Black Beans-rinsed & drained |
1-11oz. | can Corn-drained |
1 tsp. | JalapeƱo Pepper-minced |
1 Avacado-chopped | |
2 medium | Tomatoes- diced |
1 | Red Pepper- chopped |
1/3 cup | Cilantro- chopped |
1/4 cup | Red Onion- diced |
2 Fresh Limes-squeezed (measured to 1/4 cup) | |
1 tsp. | Salt |
Tortilla Chips |
Combine all ingredients except Avocado's & Chips. Cover & chill for at least 2 hours. Add Avocado just before serving. Serve with Tortilla chips.
