Gingered Pork Tenderloin

    2 Tb.  soy
    1/4 c.  chicken broth
    2 Tb.  canola
    2 Tb.  minced gingerroot
    2 tsp.  sugar
    2   garlic cloves, minced
    2 (1 lb.)  pork tenderloins

In a large ziploc, combine 1st 6 ingredients; add the pork. Seal bag and refrigerate 8 hours or overnight. Coat grill rack with spray before starting the grill. Prepare grill for indirect heat. Drain pork and discard marinade. Grill, covered, over indirect heat (MH) and heat for 25-40 minutes or until thermometer reads 160 degrees. Let stand 5 minutes before slicing.
