Chicken Tacos Indoor

1/2 pound | chicken |
2 | Green peppers |
3 cloves | garlic |
1/4 | white onion |
1/3 | red pepper |
Juice of 1 | lime |
1 Tbsp | safflower oil |
Large pinch | cumin seed |
Salt | |
Pepper | |
12 | tortillas |
1/4 cup | Cilantro |
1 can | refried black beans |
Instructions
1. Finely dice up garlic and habanero pepper. Put in glass dish.
2. At finely sliced onions and red peppers, lime juice, oil, cumin, chicken in bite-size pieces, and salt and pepper to taste. Add water as necessary.
3. Cook at 425 for about 15 minutes or until chicken is done.
4. Serve on warmed tortillas with beans as side.
