Garlic Scallops

3 Tb. | flour |
salt/pepper to taste | |
1 lb. | scallops |
2 Tb. + 2 tsp. | margarine |
2-3 | cloves garlic, minced |
2 Tb. | dried parsley flakes |
2 Tb. | lemon juice |
In a shallow bowl, combine flour and salt and pepper. Add scallops and toss to coat. Melt margarine in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add garlic and cook 2 minutes, stirring frequently. Add scallops to skillet. Cook, turning several times, until cooked through, about 5 minutes. Sprinkle with parsley and lemon juice.
