1 pkg | white frosting |
1/3 c. | light corn syrup |
1 tsp | vanilla |
½ c. | boiling water |
16 oz | powdered sugar |
1 c. | chopped pecans |
Beat frosting mix, corn syrup, vanilla and boiling water on low until blended. Beat on high for 5 minutes or until stiff peaks form. Gradually beat in sugar on low speed. Stir in nuts. Drop mixture onto wax paper and let stand till firm (4 hours). Turn over and let dry 12 hours.
