Thin Spagheti Casserole

2 C. | dry thin spaghetti |
1 pound | ground beef |
1 | green pepper |
1 C. | peas, corn or beans |
1 C. | cubed cheese |
1 pint | tomato juice |
ketchup to taste | |
1 | onion, chopped |
1/2 tsp. | salt |
Cook spaghetti, drain. Brown meat, drain, and add onion and pepper. Add tomato juice. Simmer 5 minutes. Add spaghetti and vegetables and cook until pasta is done. Put in a casserole. Add cheese, and stir gently. Bake 30 min. at 350. Top with buttered bread crumbs half way through cooking , if desired.
