Stroganof Meatballs

1 pd | ground beef |
1 | egg, beaten |
1 tsp | salt |
dash | pepper |
4 oz. | can mushrooms |
1/3 C | onion, chopped |
2 Tbl | flour |
1 C | water |
1/4 C | Heinz 57 sauce |
1/3 C | sour cream |
Combine first four ingredients to make meat balls, brown in skillet. Drain, and add drained mushrooms, reserving liquid. Saute onion and mushrooms in skillet. Stir in flour, the mushroom liquid, water, and 57 sauce. Cover and simmer for 25 minutes, stir occassionally. Slowly add sour cream, heat, but do not boil Serve on hot noodles.
