| 2 C | meat broth |
| 4 Tbl | sour cream |
| 2 slices | bacon |

Heat potatoes and broth in large pot. Add salt and pepper to taste. bring to boil, then stir in sour cream. Pour into four heated soup bowls. Garnish with tomatoes and bacon, if desired.
