Soup, Corn Chowder

2 C | boiling water |
2 C | potatoes, cooked, cubed |
1/2 C | sliced celery |
1/2 C | sliced carrots |
1/4 C | onion |
20 oz | creamed corn |
1/4 C | parmesean cheese |
1 1/2 tsp | salt |
1/4 tsp | pepper |
1/4 C | butter |
2 C | milk |
3/4 C | cheddar cheese, grated |
Add water to potatoes, celery, carrots, onion, salt and pepper. Simmer 15 minutes. Do not drain. Make a white sauce with butter, flour, and milk. Add corn and undrained vegetables. Add cheese.
