Ranch Broiled Chicken

| 1 packet | Hidden Valley Ranch dressing, dry |
| 2 Tbl | olive oil |
| 1 Tbl. | red wine vinegar |
| 1 pound | boneless chciken |
Combine dressing mix, oil, vinegar in a plastic bag. Add chicken, shake well, working mixture into meat. Marinate 1 hour. Broil or grill for 10-14 minutes, or until well done.
