| 1 C. | water |
| 1 C | sugar |
| 1 package | unflavored gelatin, (Knox) |
| Dash | salt |
| 1 | lemon, juiced |
| 48 oz | pienapple juice |
| 2 quarts | 7-up or Sprite |
Boil the water and sugar for 3 minutes. Soften the gelatin in sugar and water mixture. Add dash of salt. Combine sugar mixture with juice of lemon and pienapple juice. Freeze overnight (empty milk cartons work well). Let sit out for at leat 1/2 hour, then mix in the 7-up or Sprite.
