Potato Agliate (garlic potatoes)

2 LBl potatoes (4-5) | |
1/4 C | virgin olive oil |
8 cloves | garlic, crushed |
2 Tbl | fresh sage |
2 Tbl | rosemary |
salt/pepper to taste |
Preheat oven, 400. Peel amd cut into 2"wedges.
Place them in a pot of cold weather., and bring to a boil; drain potatoes immediately and set aside. Place olive oil and garlic in roasting pan and heat on stovetop. When oil is hot, add potatoes herbs,, salt and pepper. Cook for 5 minuteson top of stove, turning to coat. Place in roasting pan in over for 20-30 min.
