Pork, Biette's Pull-apart Pork

4 pounds | pork, (roast) |
5 cans | tomato sauce, (8 oz) |
2 tsp | garlic salt |
3 C | brown sugar |
4 tsp | cumin |
4 C | Dr Pepper |
4 tsp | molasses |
salt and pepper to taste | |
Place all ingredients in a crockpot and cook for 10 hours. One hour before done, take meat out and shred it. Serve with Lime Rice: | |
2 Tbl | butter |
1 1/2 C | rice |
2 !/2 C chicken broth | |
3/4 tsp | salt |
juice of 2 limes | |
3 Tbl. | cilantro |
Brown rice in butter-add all other ingredients and bring to a boil; cover and turn to low heat for 20 minutes.
