Pork Chops, Stuffed

2 Tbl | butter |
1/4 C | onion, chopped or minced |
3/4 C | apples, peeled and chopped |
3 Tbl | raisins |
1/4 C | water |
2 tsp | chicken bouillon |
1/4-1/2 tsp | Italian seasoning |
1 C | bread crumbs |
Sautee onion, add apples and raisins. Dissolve chicken bouillon in the water. Mix bread crumbs with water and seasoning. Combine with the vegetable and fruit and either layer with pork, or place all on top of t. Bake for 1 hour at 350 till done.
