1 | cucumber, diced |
3 | scallions, diced |
2 | tomatoes, diced |
2 tbs | chives, chopped fine |
1 cup | Italian parsley, chopped fine |
1/2 | olive oil |
1/2 cup | lemon juice |
Salt | |
Pepper |
Soak bulgar in 1 quart water overnight
Squeeze ALL the water
Add remainder of ingrediants
Allow to sit for at least 3 hours (longer the better)
