Spicy Coconut Chutney

Ingredients: | |
1 tbsp | Oil |
2 tbsp | Coriander Seeds |
3 Whole Red Chillies | |
7-8 | Curry Leaves |
1 | Chopped Tomato |
2 tsp | Cumin Seeds |
1 cup | Coconut,, (scraped) |
2 tsp | Tamarind Pulp |
Instructions:
1. Heat oil in a pan, add coriander seeds & sauté. Add red chillies and curry leaves. Cook for sometime. Add chopped tomatoes, cumin seeds and scraped coconut. Sauté.
2. Add salt and tamarind pulp. Grind this mixture with water in a blender and serve.
