    1/4 c.  Sugar,, (or 2 Tbsp of Splenda Blend)
    1/4 c.  Maple syrup
    1/4 c.  Honey
    2 Tbsp  peanut butter
    1  egg white,, (or 1 Tbsp of flax seed & 3 Tbsp of water)
    1 Tbsp  fat free evaporated milk
Blend all those ingredients well (with mixer) In separate bowl, combine:
    1 c.  Flour
    1/2 tsp  baking soda
    1/2 tsp  cinnamon
    1/4 tsp  allspice
Mix dry and wet ingredients. Then add:
    2c.  Old-fashioned oats
1 and 1/2 c. Crisp Rice
    1/3 - 1/2 c.  White choc chips
    1/4 - 1/3 c.  Dried cranberries

Press complete mixture in greased 13x9 in pan. Bake for 18-20 minutes at 350 degrees.
Cut into 24 bars.
