June's Flapper Pie

2 | egg yolks, reserve whites |
2 tbl | corn starch |
1/2 C | sugar |
Graham cracker pie crust
Make the custard by cooking the egg yolks, milk, cornstarch, and sugar, stirring constantly until thick. Beat egg whites until stiff. Pour custard into pie shell, top with beaten egg whites. Sprink some graham cracker crumbs over top. Bake 20 minutes at 225.
