Cream Puffs (Vicki's recipe)

1 C | water |
1 C | butter |
1 C | flour |
4 | eggs |
Boil water, butter. Add flour. Stir one minute over low heat until in a ball. Remove from heat, add eggs one at a time, beat well. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 400 for 45 minutes or less for smaller puffs. Fill with pudding and whipped cream, folded together. Frost, if desired.
