1 C | half and half |
2 | eggs |
1/2 pound | Monterey Jack cheese |
2 C. | flour |
3 small cans | whole chilis |
1/2 pound | sharp cheddar cheese |
1 can | tomato sauce |
Blend cream, flour, eggs till smooth. Open chilis and remove seeds. Layer in casserole, starting with flour mixture, then chilis, then cheese. Add 1 can tomato sauce over all. Bake 350 for 45-60 minutes.
