Chicken Rice Casserole

4 | chicken breasts |
2/3 C | brown rice, (MJB brown rice is good) |
1/2 envelope | dry onion soup mix |
1/4 C | green pepper |
1 can | mushroom soup |
1 can | water |
Lay chicken in greased 13X9 pan. Sprinkle 2/3 C brown rice. Sprinkle 1/2 envelope dry onion mix, green pepper. Cover with foil and bake for 300 for 2 hours. Pork chops can be substituted for chicken.
