Caulifower Casserole

| 1 medium | cauliflower, cut in small pieces |
| 1/4 C | minced onion |
| 1 tsp | sage |
| 1 Tbl | butter, melted |
| 4 slices | cubed bread, (fresh, not toasted) |
| White sauce | |
| 1 block | cheese |
Cut cheese into small cubes. Make a white sauce (flour, butter, salt, milk), and stir in cheese until melted. . Stir butter, sage with bread cubes (add more butter if necessary). Mix onions, cauliflower, with bread and pour cheese sauce over the top. Bake at 350 for about 30 minutes.
