Caramel Corn

1 stick | butter |
2 1/4 C | firmly packed brown sugar |
1 C | corn syrup |
1 Can | sweetened condensed milk |
popped corn
Melt butter, sugar and corn syrup and heat until boiling Remove from heat and stir in condensed milk. Return to heat and bring to a boil, stirring constantly until it reaches sof ball stage. Remove from heat and pour over popped corn (4 large batches). Can add peanuts, shape into popcorn balls if desired.
