Poppyseed Chicken (Heritage House)

4 - 6 | chicken breast |
2 c. | cream of chicken soup |
4 oz | sour cream |
3/4 stick | melted butter |
1.5 cups | Ritz crackers |
poppy seeds |
Boil and chop chicken breasts into bite sized pieces. Place in a greased casserole dish. In small bowl, mix soup & sour cream. Pour over chicken. Crush Ritz crackers over chicken to desired thickness and pour melted butter on top of entire casserole. Sprinkle poppy seeds over the top before putting in the oven. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes uncovered.
