Paleo Chili Relleno Casserole

Paleo Chili Relleno Casserole Ingredients | |
8 oz | cheese of your choice |
6 | eggs |
1 1/2 cups | coconut milk |
1/2 cup | almond flour |
1 lb | ground meat |
1 t | cumin and other spices |
pinch | crushed red pepper |
1 T | olive oil |
1 large can | whole green chilies |
Directions
1Mix the milk, eggs, flour. Season to taste with salt and pepper
2Spray a pan (9x13) with a nonstick cooking spray.
3Cook meat in oil and add cumin and red pepper. Cook until crumbled and no longer pink.
4Place chilies on bottom of pan. Sprinkle cheese over the top. Sprinkle on the meat.
5Another layer if chilies and remainder of cheese Pour egg mixture over the whole thing.
6Bake at 350 degrees for about 50 minutes.
7Allow about 10 minutes before serving!
