Fifty Yard Line Blueberry Muffins

| 1 | stick butter, melted |
| 1/2 cup | oil (Mazola) |
| 2 | eggs |
| 1Tb. | Butavan , (can buy at Gourmet Pantry) |
| 1 can | blueberries (3.5 oz), drained, but save juice |
| 1 3/4 cup | sugar |
| 2 c. | flour |
| 1 c. | buttermilk |
| 1 Tb. | baking powder |
| 1 tsp. | baking soda |
Mix together butter and oil, then add sugar, eggs and flour (baking soda and powder in flour). Beat with a spoon; add Butavan, buttermilk, blueberries and 1/4 cup blueberry juice. Spray muffin pan with Baker's Joy or grease and flour. Bake at 400 degrees for 18-20 minutes.
