| 1/2 C | butter or margarine |
| 4 | eggs |
| 4Tbl | chocolate syrup |
| 1 c | flour |
| 3/4 c | nuts, chopped |
| Frosting: | |
| 1 1/2 C | sugar |
| 6 Tbl | butter |
| 1 tsp | vanilla |
| 6 Tbl | milk |
| 1/2 C | chocolate chips |
Mix and bake in 13X9 pan, 350 for 30 minutes. Make frosting by boiling ingredients except chocolate chips, for 1 minute. Stir in choclate chips, spread on brownies.
