Broccoli Bake

2 (10 oz) packages | chopped frozen broccoli, thawed |
1 can | corn |
1 large | onion, diced |
1 16-oz | sour cream |
1 can | cream of broccoli soup |
2 C | cheddar cheese, shredded |
1 6 oz package herb-seasoned stuffing mix | |
1/4 C | butter |
Preheat oven at 350. In large bowl, combine broccoli (can use half cauliflower), corn, onions. Stir in sour cream, soup, and 1/4 C cheese. In a separate bowl, toss together stuffing mix, and melted utter. Spread broccoli mixutre into a 2 quart casserole, and cover with stuffing mix. Bake for 30 minutes or until heated through and slightly browned. Sprinkle remaining cheese on top and bake for 15 more minutes, until cheese is melted.
