Baked Pork Chops

6 | pork chops, (boneless) |
1/4 tsp. | season salt |
1/4 tsp | ground pepper |
1 | onion, chopped |
1/2 C | sliced mushrooms, (fresh or canned) |
2 cans | golden mushroom soup |
Rinse pork, pat dry. Saute onions and mushrooms in a little butter and garlic (and Lawry's Season salt). Remove, and add pork chops to brown. Mix onions, mushrooms, and soup together with the pepper and salt. Place meat in 13X9 pan and spread soup mixture over top. Bake at 375 for 45 minutes or until meat measures 160 degrees, internal temp. Serve with onion baked potatoes, carrots, salad.
