Mixed Citrus Green Salad

1 C | red seedless grapes. halved |
2 bags | mixed salad greens, (5 oz. each) |
1 can | mandarin oranges, (11 oz) |
1 8 oz. container pineapple chunks, drained 1 8 oz. container red grapefruit, drained | |
7 Tbl. | orange poppyseed dressing |
21 | walnut halves, toasted |
Poppy seed dressing: | |
1/2 C | fresh orange juice |
1/4 C | honey |
1/4 C | canola oil |
2 Tbl | champagne vinegar |
1/8 tsp | salt |
1 Tbl | poppyseeds |
Combine 1st 5 ingredients in a blender; process until blended. Add poppy seeds, pulse once. Cover and refrigerate. Mix salad ingredients with dressing before serving. Yield 1 C, plus 2 Tbl.
