1 large | onion |
1/2 large | green pepper |
7 pieces | garlic |
Dash | oregano |
Dash | cumin |
Green olives chopped small | |
1 tsp. | Capers, (optional) |
1/2 can | tomato sauce |
Salt | |
pepper to taste | |
2 tsp. | Cooking wine |
In large frying pan mix all ingredients. Make sure to keep mixing as you cook and beat with spatula consistently so meat is loose and well separated. Cook on top of stove until done.
Serve over white rice with either black beans or two fried eggs
