1 Cup | Chopped Fenugreek Leaves |
1/2 Cup | Chopped Onions |
1/2 tsp | Cumin Seeds |
4 nos Finely Chopped Green Chillies | |
1 tsp | Ginger Garlic Paste |
1/2 tbsp | Cumin Powder |
1/2 tsp | Pepper Powder |
1/2 tbsp | Mango Powder |
Salt to taste | |
1.5 tsp | Oil |
Instructions:
1. Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds. When the seeds crackle add green Chillies and onions.
2. When the onions become soft add salt and ginger garlic paste .Fry for 30 seconds.
3. Now add chopped fenugreek along with cumin powder, pepper powder and mango powder. Cook till fenugreek leaves becomes soft.
