Chicken Tacos

1/2 pound | chicken |
2 habanero peppers | |
3 cloves | garlic |
1/4 | white onion |
1/3 | red pepper |
Juice of 1 | lime |
1 Tbsp | safflower oil |
Large pinch | cumin seed |
Salt | |
Pepper |
Flour tortillas
Small bunch of Cilantro
Instructions
1. Finely dice up garlic and habanero pepper. Put in tin foil.
2. At finely sliced onions and red peppers, lime juice, oil, cumin, chicken in bite-size pieces, and salt and pepper to taste. Add water as necessary.
3. Cook over fire.
Serve on warmed tortillas.
