200 g - Dark chocolate
100 g - Butter
1 cup - Sugar
1 cup - Plain flour
2 nos - Eggs
Vanilla essence
Choice of nuts

Method:
1. Melt chocolate, butter and water in a saucepan over heat till smooth.
2. Add in sugar to chocolate mixture and combine well.
3. Cook over heat slightly and remove from heat. Cool slightly,
4. In another bowl, combine eggs and plain flour into a smooth paste.
5. Pour chocolate mixture into egg mixture and stir till smooth with a whisk.
6. Add choice of nuts and vanilla essence.
7. Pour into lined mould and bake at 160 degree Celsius.
