Croquets aux amandes

| 100 g | beurre |
| - 250 g de farine + levure | |
| 120 g | sucre |
| - 1 œuf | |
| 100 g | amandes brutes |
- 1 càc de café soluble
- 3 càs d'eau
Dans le KAid mélanger le beurre, le sucre, l'oeuf le café, la farine et les amandes. Ajouter un peu d'eau si besoin.
Faire 2 boudins
Cuire 15 mn à four 180°
Recouper en tranches et recuire 5/6 mn au four.
