Gigi's Sante Fe Spirals

| 3 boxes | cream cheese, (softened) |
| 8 oz. | Sour cream |
| 1 | jalapeño pepper, (seeded & chopped) |
| 10 | green onions, (chopped) |
| 2 T. | Lime juice |
| 2 c. | finely shredded cheddar cheese |
| 10 large | flour tortillas |
Mix ingredients and spread onto flour tortillas. Roll tortillas and place in an airtight container. (Line container with damp paper towel). Allow to chill 1-2 days. Cut into 1 inch pieces. Serve with salsa.
