| Beetroot bulbs sliced finely or canned beetroot coarse chop |
Add salt add pepper
Swig of balsamic around a tbl sp.
Half lemon juice squeeze
Extra virgin olive oil 2 tbl sp
Jiggle it all about.
Parsley finely cut
Add to mixture
Put all into dish in middle of plate
Add some rest of parsley over top
Greek feta cheese crushed over the top. 50g? Olive oil over top. Serve.
