Ice Cream Pie Spectacular (Brenda's Recipe)

1 cup | Graham cracker crumbs |
1 1/2 cup | chopped walnuts |
8 Tbsp | margarine |
1 pint | coffee ice cream |
1 pint | vanilla ice cream |
1 cup | brown sugar |
1/2 cup | half and half |
1 tsp | vanilla extract |
Combine Graham cracker crumbs, 1/2 cup walnuts, and 5 Tbsp melted margarine, stirring well. Press mixture firmly into a buttered 9-inch pie plate. Bake at 375 degrees for 11minutes. Let cool. Spoon coffee ice cream (softened) into cool crust, spreading evenly. Freeze until almost frozen. Spread vanilla ice cream (softened) over coffee ice cream layer and freeze until firm.
To make the brown sugar sauce, combine brown sugar, half and half, 1 cup chopped walnuts, vanilla and 3 Tbsp margarine in a small saucepan over medium-low heat. Spoon warm sauce over slices.
