Crock Pot - POTATO SOUP

1 medium | onion |
2-14 oz | chicken broth |
5 large | potatoes-diced |
2 cups | water |
½ tsp | salt |
½ ts | pepper |
½ tsp | dried dill |
¼ cup | flour |
2 cups | half and half |
1 – 12 oz can | evaporated milk |
Cook onion in large skillet over medium heat for 5 minutes or until onion is tender. Put onion in 6 quart slow cooker. Add chicken broth, | |

Cook on medium high for 4 hours or low for 8 hours.
Increase heat slightly, stir flour into half and half, pour into slow cooker, add evaporated milk.
Cook for 30 minutes until hot.
Top with bacon, sour cream, cheese and green onion.
