| 150 g | arroz |
| 150 g | cebola |
| 15 g | azeite |
| 200 g | cenoura |
| 200 g | tomate |
| 20 g | chouriço |
| 20 g | farinheira |
| 150 g | frango |
| 500 g | couve lombarda |
1. Refogar ligeiramente a cebola e o alho em azeite. Adicionar o chouriço picado e as folhas de louro.
2. Adicionar um pouco do feijão reduzido a puré e um pouco de água.
3. Juntar a carne e deixar estufar um pouco.
4. Adicionar a couve, a cenoura e o tomate.
5. Quando tudo estiver cozido, adicionar o feijão. Tapar.
6. Cozer o arroz.
7. Polvinhar com salsa no momento de servir.
