A great filling snack to make ahead and bring on the go. Ingredients:
    1/4 - 1/2 cup  organic old fashioned oats
    1 tbsp  crunchy almond butter
    1 tsp  cinnamon
1 fage 0% yogurt
    1 tbsp  flaxseed meal
    1/4 cup  blueberries, (optional)

Instructions:
Mix all the above ingredients together and
refrigerate. Add blueberries if you'd like.
