A great filling snack to make ahead and bring on the go. Ingredients: | |
1/4 - 1/2 cup | organic old fashioned oats |
1 tbsp | crunchy almond butter |
1 tsp | cinnamon |
1 fage 0% yogurt | |
1 tbsp | flaxseed meal |
1/4 cup | blueberries, (optional) |
Instructions:
Mix all the above ingredients together and
refrigerate. Add blueberries if you'd like.
