| 1 cup | fresh or frozen carrot juice |
| 1 cup | fresh or frozen celery Juice |
| 1 cup | soy milk |
| 1 package | tofu dogs, (recipe uses 3 dogs) |
| 2 cups | dry split peas |
| 2 cups | chopped onions |
| 3 cloves | minced garlic |
| 1 tablespoon | Mrs. Dash |
| 1 tablespoon | minced rosemary |
Slice tofu dogs into small slices
Add all the dry ingredients into the liquid and simmer for 45 minutes.
