| * NOTE: SOAK beans and dry peas 2 hours to overnight | |
| 2 cups | carrot juice |
| 2 cups | celery juice |
| 2 cups | water |
| 4 cups | kale chopped |
| 8 | carrots, chopped |
| 6 | onions, finely chopped |
| 8 | tomatoes finely chopped, retain all juice |
| 1/2 cup | dried split peas |
| 1/2 cup | mixed dried soup beans |
| 5 cups | Powdered Soup Mix or VegeBase |
| 1 tablespoon | Mrs. Dash Table Blend |
Combine all ingredients and simmer on low heat for 90 minutes.
