8 oz. | Babaganoush |
6 falafel | |
1/4 pound | Greek feta cheese |
1/4 pound | kalamata olives |
2 | tomatoes |
1/2 | cucumber |
Mixed greens |
Instructions
1. For each sandwich, spread an overflowing tablespoon of baba down the middle of a pita.
2. Evenly distribute2 sliced falafel balls, 2 inches sliced cucumber, 1/2 wedged tomato, 5-6 pitted, sliced olives, and a fingerful of greens.
3. Roll up, wrap in tin foil, and enjoy.
