2/3 cup | whole milk |
1 lb | velveeta cheese |
1/4 teaspoon | dry mustard |
1/2 teaspoon | ground turmeric |
Salt &peeper, to taste | |
3 cups | spiral pasta, cook al dente, drained |
Procedure:
1. Place the milk, cheese, mustard powder,turmeric,salt and pepper into the top of a double broiler over gently simmering water. Stir occasionally with a whisk ,until melted and smooth
2. Stir pasta into hot cheese mixture and keep warm till serving time.
Note:if pasta begins to thicken up to much,dilute with a little milk
