| 800 ml | suesse Sahne |
| 500g | Mascarpone |
| 600 g | Naturjoghurt |
| 4 EL | Zucker |
| 2 Pck. | Vanillezucker |
| 1 kg | rote Grütze |
1 Tafel weisse Schokolade (100 g)
Die Sahne steif schlagen. Mascarpone, Joghurt, Zucker und Vanillezucker miteinander verruehren und die geschlagene Sahne unterheben. Die Masse auf den Biscuits verteilen und leicht glatt streichen. Die Grütze darauf streichen und zum Schluss die Schokolade reiben und darueber streuen.
Über Nacht kühl stellen, die Masse muss fest werden.
