'Lemon Ice' (can made l day's ahead (or weeks early)

| 4 C | water |
| 4 C | cold |
| 3/4 C. | lemon juice |
| Combine sugar and 4 Cups water. Boil for 5 minutes. Remove from heat and add 4 cups cold water and lemon juices. Freeze. Take lemon ice out of freezer for 20 min. before adding fruit. Choose from: 2 10 oz, frozen raspberry 1 16 oz. pinapple tidbits | |
