Crab Empanada's

| 1 package | Wonton Wrappers |
| 1 pound | Crab or imatation |
| 8 oz | Cream Cheese room temp |
| 1-2 cups | Mexican cheese shredded |
| 2-4 Roasted green chilis diced. More or less to taste | |
| 1/4 cup | Chopped Fresh Cilantro |
| 1 Teaspoon | Cumin powder |
| 1-2 | Green Onions chopped |
| 1-2 Teaspoons | Lemon Juice |
| Hot Sauce to taste | |
| Salt | |
| Pepper | |
Mix all ingredients except wontons together well.
Place aproximately 1 tablespoon on a wonton wrapper fold in the corners to the center. Place on to another wonton wrapper and fold. May need to moisten corners with warm water for the wontons to stick together.
Deep fry at 350 degrees until golden brown.
Serve with any salsa
