    1 T  yeast
      warm water
    4 Cups  Flour
    1 T  Salt
      warm water

Dissolve yeast in 1/4- 1/2 cup of water
Mix flour and salt in big mixing bowl and yeast and enough warm water until dough forms. Kneed dough until soft and smoth. Let rise until double ( rise in oven with a pan of steaming water, takes 1 Hr or so.)
Kneed again and cut into 2 peices. Form into loaves and rise for another hour or so.
Heat oven to 400, bake at 350 for 35-40 mins. with a pan of steaming water on bottom rack.
