Lemon Shrimp & Pasta

2 pounds | shrimp, (peeled, deveined) |
Extra Virgin Olive Oil | |
Salt | |
Pepper | |
1 pound | pasta |
4 tbl | spoons butter |
Zest & juice of 2 lemons
Preheat oven to 400. Place shrimp on baking sheet with 1 tbl spoon of EVOO, salt & pepper and toss to coat. Spread on sheet in single layer and cook for 6-8 minutes.
Toss cooked pasta with butter, 1/4 cup of EVOO, lemon zest & juice, then add hot shrimp.
